![]() ![]() Sadly, the full force of Covid19 unfolded as soon as we’d literally settled in, and we were forced to return to the UK early. Upon arrival at the Beloved our charming driver handed over very smoothly to the staff at the Beloved. The drive to Playa Mujeres is a reasonable distance, and our driver gauged the mood during this time perfectly, by telling us a little about some of the other regions of Mexico, and his forthcoming nuptials in Merida. This included 2 perfectly sized mini bottles of delicious red Mexican wine and a number of other useful, local items. We were offered cold water and a fabulous goodie pack marking the company’s 20th anniversary. He in turn ensured we were comfortable in his immaculate, and extremely comfortable, vehicle. We were found and met at Cancun airport without any hassle by the friendly USA Transfers greeter, and handed over to our driver. And we are also very sorry that you feel despite our best efforts, that our service warranted 2 star review even with a great, nice & safe driver on both of your transfers with us.Can’t praise USA Transfers more highly, and it’s team of highly professional drivers. We always strive to make customer service and client satisfaction our #1 priority so, we truly wish you would have contacted us directly so we could address the issue immediately & explain that the voucher instructions that we had emailed you would have alleviated your issues on arrival. Our greeters are known for their kindness, even helping clients of other transfer companies find their transport companies. As it is high season right now, we apologize that you had to wait a few minutes longer. The typical wait time is 5-7 minutes dependent on how busy the airport is. This is by law & regulations (that all transportation companies must abide by) at the Cancun airport. *Once you make contact with the greeter, only then can he call your van into the arrivals area. Look for the CARM greeter holding a sign with the CARM logo and your name on it (multiple names may appear on the sign)." We are happy that you called and a customer service agent was able to give you the instructions again over the phone. Look up and you will see blue number #26 and a bunch of greeters holding signs. *How to find your greeter and where he would be waiting was written on your Arrival voucher as well: "Terminal 3: After you exit, walk straight ahead 100 meters (300 feet), cross the driveway / speed bump and STOP. On your Arrival confirmation vouchers it says: "Look for the CARM greeter holding a sign with the CARM logo and your name on it (multiple names may appear on the sign)." ![]() Our greeters wear a shirt with the CARM logo and name on the front & back of it and hold a sign. * Our greeter was waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. I do want to address the rest of the review because your detailed Arrival confirmation voucher did contain explicit instructions on where to meet our greeter when you landed: And we are happy to hear that your arrival transfer was safe and the driver was nice & that departure your transfer was great, and the driver arrived early. We want to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review here. We were hoping to travel to Tulum during our stay and it was our intent to contact CARM to arrange for the trip while we were there, but Covid levels increased, and the attractions had been shut down during our stay. I did not realize we would not have drinks on the way back, so if that is something you are interested in, I would add it on for the return trip. We were picked up on time and transported back to the airport in a passenger van that we had to ourselves. Prior to our departure, CARM reached back out and confirmed our itinerary a day or two before. He made the hour or so ride to our resort very pleasant and welcoming especially since it was our first time in Mexico. Our driver, Martin, was the friendliest and most personable driver we met on our trip. There were only two of us and we were transported in a Toyota Highlander (cold water and beer included at an added, minimal cost). We located our contact immediately where it was indicated they would be in the instructions and he called in the driver to meet us in the pickup area. I am incredibly happy with the choice and would recommend and use them again when traveling to the Cancun area.Īfter booking, we received detailed instructions of what we were to do after arriving at the airport via email. ![]() I chose to book our round-trip transportation from the airport with CARM after reading other traveler reviews. ![]()
